The Team

The team at Paradise Pet Retreat are experienced professionals and endeavour to provide Toowoomba with the finest pet care and accommodation.

We have twelve team members, all of which are animal lovers with experience in multiple animal based industries.

Our friendly team are dedicated to the care and comfort of your very important pets.

Our Story

The facilities at Paradise Pet Retreat were established in 2003. They were maintained beautifully over the years by the previous owners and it was our pleasure to take over this business in 2014 and revolutionise pet boarding in Toowoomba and the Darling Downs..

We are continually improving our services and facilities to exceed the expectations of our valued clients and guests. We upgraded a section of kennels in our existing facility to our Deluxe rooms in 2016. We have completed a full renovation of our Cattery in 2019. In 2021 we will have completed our huge Doggy Day Care facility in order to further expand on our current offerings for Doggy Day Care.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for looking after our big Brucey babe. This is the best pet boarding kennel I have found in the Toowoomba area. I have inspected quite a few other kennels and this is by far the most outstanding. We currently have our dog, Bruce, in with them for 5 weeks as we are overseas. Leah has provided us with regular updates and also sent photos through. Bruce is looking great. We have left him here before and he has always come home very healthy and happy. Leah and her staff are so lovely and so accomodating. I should also mention that Bruce is a great dane and they have enough room to cater for larger dogs. Toby the labradoodle was extremely well cared for at Paradise Pet Retreat. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and I had complete faith that he was being treated like one of the family. While away, Toby had an ear infection but Leah and Miranda went out of their way to ensure a quick recovery and were great at giving me feedback over the phone. They were also very flexible when we had to extend his stay. I will definitely use Paradise Pet Retreat again.
