1. Arrival (7:00 AM-9:30 AM): Welcome to Paradise! Your pup will be bursting with excitement in anticipation for the day ahead. Your dog will be checked in and assigned their pack for the day. Big goodbye pats!

2. Pack Play: Your pup will enjoy some meaningful pack time keeping them mentally engaged and physically active throughout the day. These activities include pool parties, agility sessions, scent work, and group training on pack manners (to name a few).

3. Rest Time: Your pups will get tired from all the mental, physical and social enrichment they enjoy throughout the day. We have a rest block so they can enjoy an afternoon snooze. This ensures we send home tired, fulfilled dogs, not overtired, overstimulated dogs.

4. More Pack Play: But wait, there are more activities with their new friends.

5. Home time (3:30 PM-5:30 PM): We guarantee tired, fulfilled dogs at home time. Upon pickup, we chat with you about how your dog’s day went and how much fun they had.

6. Social Media: Each day we upload happy snaps to our social media. You can also join our Private Facebook Group to enjoy exclusive behind-the-scenes photos and videos from the day.

Vaccination: Every dog must have a current C5 vaccination before checking in. Pets that have not been vaccinated for more than 12 months must be vaccinated no less than 14 days before checking in for boarding or daycare. Vaccination certificates are to be sighted by a member of the Paradise Pet Retreat team before your pet entering the facility.
Flea and Worm Treatments: All pets must have had recent flea and worm treatment not more than 1 month before check-in as per the Code of Practice for Boarding Kennels and Catteries. Any pets coming into Paradise Pet Retreat that are found to have fleas or worms will receive immediate treatment at the cost of the owner. We are located in a known tick area, so we highly recommend that your animals be treated for ticks no more than 1 month before check-in.

For our doggy daycare, drop-off is available anytime between 7:00 AM-9:30 AM, with pick-up between 3:30 PM-5:30 PM.

We highly recommend booking set days each week. When we conduct Intro Day assessments, we make a recommendation as to what day would best suit your dog based on the pack dynamics of each day.  We understand things pop up in life which may mean you need to request a different day, but please note we cannot guarantee changes as those days may already be fully booked.   

With our growing pack of happy pups, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. It’s the best way to make sure your dog doesn’t miss out on all the fun! Please note that all bookings must be completed by 5:00 PM the day before.

Yes, all Packages come with a validity period—6 weeks for a 5-Pack and 12 weeks for 10- and 20-Packs. Keep in mind that any unused tokens will be forfeited after the expiration date. The expiry date is based on the first use, not the purchase date. For example, if you buy a 10-Day Package on June 24th and use your first token on July 1st, the expiration date will be 12 weeks from July 1st.

We recommend booking regular set daycare days to ensure your dog is matched with others who share similar social and energy levels. That said, you’re welcome to book doggy daycare on any day your dog needs care. Just be sure to finalise all bookings by 5:00 PM the day before.

If necessary, please ensure you cancel by 5:00 PM the day prior so we can give our staff adequate notice of any changes. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting your token for the day (if you have a package) or being invoiced for the day (if you've booked casually). So, don't forget to keep an eye on the weather in advance!
