Play Services
Step 3: Explore our
We offer two 'Play Services':
Doggy Daycare & Private Daycare.
If a 'Play Service' is not selected with your booking, your dog will receive standard grooming services only. While they will have regular toilet breaks, they will not participate in socialisation or enrichment activities.
Private Daycare: $40.00
Private Daycare is designed for non-desexed dogs over 12 months old and those non-social dogs who prefer human playtime and interaction.
Conditions
Opening Hours
Drop off: Strictly between 7:00AM-9:30AM
Pick up: Strictly between 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Open: Weekdays, excluding every other Monday. We will be in touch if your booking request is affected by a Monday closure.
Closed: Weekends, Public Holidays and every alternating Monday.
Changes & CANCELLATION
We require 24 hours' notice for all grooming changes and cancellations. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the standard PPR admin fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit 50% of the booking fee.
You are welcome to reschedule; however, cancellation fees and terms will still apply.
Pricing
Please note, the price listed is indicative only. Once we see your pet/s and their condition, prices may vary. Please also refer to the 'Coat Matting' section below.
Coat Matting
Please note, mild to severe coat matting will result in a 'Matting Surcharge' starting from $30.00 determined at PPR's discretion based on severity.
Matting removal is a meticulous and time-intensive process that requires careful handling and sufficient rest for your dog. We prioritise your pet's well-being and do not brush out matting, as it can be harmful.
While we take utmost care during mat removal, it's important to acknowledge that the process can increase the risk of injury. Post-removal, 'Hot Spot' sores may develop, which we will promptly inform you about. Additionally, some dogs may experience clipper rash due to close clipping, causing temporary skin irritation.
